Excellent app. Ive compared it to other weightlifting trackers and the recommended warmup, weights on each side of the barbell, incremental increases, timer between sets, etc. with this app are the best and easiest to use in the gym by far.
Not as customizable as other programs, but great for starting strength.
Two potential enhancements:
- Ability to add accessory exercises like dips and pull/chin-ups.
- Ability to store a complete history of completed workouts.
- A graph that depicts progress over time, similar to myfitnesspals weight tracker.
